7-Zipのインストール
下記のURLからソフトをインストールします。

7-Zipの関連付け
ZIPファイルは7ZIPで開くように関連付けておきます。
「7-Zip File Manager」を起動してツール＞オプションから各圧縮ファイルを7ZIPに関連付けておきます。
ダブルクリックですぐに解凍できるようにする設定
関連付けた各拡張子のコマンドに「 -o*」を追加してやります。
下記のコードをメモ帳にコピーして7-zip-default-extract.regという名前で保存しましょう。
